Here is my review about Jamorama Guitar Lessons.

I have been searching for a good method to teach me how to play guitar for a while now. I did some research on my different options for learning. Also, I worry about how much things cost so I focused on what was the cheapest.

I know that I can learn on the internet for free, but there was no real plan this way. To learn, I need some form of agenda or guidance. So the internet method of learning was not going to happen.

I thought that a teacher is what I really needed. This method, however, was going to be expensive. Guitar teachers cost almost $60 an hour. If I paid for one, I knew that I better learn quickly because I would not be able to afford continuous lessons--rushing lessons isn't a nice way to learn.

I eventually found this interesting way of learning how to play the guitar. It looked like having a teacher, but not having one there at the same time. What I found is called Jamorama guitar lessons. I decided to look further into it.

They offered an interesting way to learn how to play guitar and gave a bunch of learning material as well. I bought the system. I was not too worried about my purchase because it was under $40 and I had 8 weeks to return the product if I was not happy. This was a good, no-risk, investment.

Additionally, that $40 dollars was a one time payment for 44 chapters and 252 pages of lessons. Imagine paying $60 252 times? That would be insane! So this helped my decision to buy the lessons.

After having used this product I came to the realization that I am a pretty good guitar player…now. I love being able to play all my favorite songs on guitar. I recommend these lessons to everyone interested in learning the guitar.

It is almost time to learn the guitar. Do you have to know anything before you purchase any type of guitar lesson? Take a look at these tips on what you should know before you learn the guitar. It will help those of you that have no clue on how to proceed into the arena of musical education.

What type of guitar do I want to learn on? You have the ultimate choice on whether or not you will learn your lessons on an electric, acoustic, or classical guitar. Make sure you know the difference between the guitars so you can pick one that fits your needs. For instance, you may like the “folky” sound of an acoustic guitar, or you may like the soft sound of the classical. No matter your decision, know that you are comfortable learning with your instrument of choice.

Do I have the time to learn how to play the guitar? We all have busy schedules. You have to know if you are even able to learn guitar at this point in your life. Remember, that lessons can sometimes last an hour at a time. This can cut into your day. However, if you are able to manage this time constraint, then you should go out and learn the guitar. Nonetheless, be prepared to allocate time for your guitar education.

Can I commit to guitar lessons? This is not a "try it for a while and probably I will be good at guitar" kind of situation. Know that you have to commit to learning guitar lessons. You must go in to the eventual learning environment and say, "I will give it my best until there are no lessons left in the plan." By doing this, you can analyze the end result and see if learning guitar is even your forte. Overall, make sure you commit to the lessons first and foremost.

Also, understand what you have learned thoroughly so you are not wasting your time and getting the most out of each lesson. This disciplined style of learning will get you far and in no time you will be a professional guitar player.

What is/are my reason(s) for wanting to play the guitar? Is the reason you are trying to learn the guitar to meet new people? Or, is it to become a famous rock star? Whatever your reason may be, use it to prolong your learning motivation. Write down that reason(s) on a piece of paper and tape it to your wall. Am I open to learning new styles of music? You can stick to one style of music to learn, but you will be limiting your guitar education. This can be devastating on your progress as a musician. Learning new styles of music can open up new doors for you. You may learn one way to play guitar in the area of rock, but then try jazz and become surprised at the different sounds you can produce. Please, for your own good, try learning different genres of music.

Can I afford guitar lessons? Learning is not always free. There are costs when it comes to learning the guitar. Average lessons can range anywhere from $50 and $70 an hour. This is only for one lesson! If you still want to learn, know that your money will be an investment into your education as a musician and help fund the tutor that spent several years mastering a skill you want.

How do I want to learn how to play the guitar? Do you want to learn at school, private lessons, from a book, a video, or software? All have various prices and levels of comfort for your learning. Find out what medium you will be most comfortable with. Go out and read reviews about each learning method. Make sure your method of learning is credible and can actually live up to the claim that it will teach you how to play the guitar like a pro. Once you figure that out, start your lessons to get the ball rolling for your musical education.

These were a few pointers to consider before you jump into guitar lessons. They will sharpen your knowledge and help you decide a more comfortable approach to learning the guitar. Once you have the way you want to learn, stick to your plan and become the next world famous guitar player.
